After two long covid years we were able to successfully organise posponed trip from 2020. In total 23 participants of the trip spent six days on the various deposits of raw materials within the area of the Western Carpathians. From Central Slovakia (perlite (Lehôtka pod Brehmi), Au-Ag, Pb-Zn-Cu (Banská Štiavnica and Hodruša)) to Slovak Ore Mountains (magnesite (Jelšava), Cu-Ag-Fe (Rožňava)) and Rudabánya (Cu, Fe, baryte) to the Little Carpathians (Sb-Au (Pezinok)). Our chapter would like to thank to Society of Economic Geologists and Ústav geologických věd, PřF MU for their long term support and making this trip possible. Also thanks to SEG Student Chapter TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Geologische Gemeinschaft zu Freiberg e.V. and SEG Student Chapter Miskolc for joining us and developing cooperation between the student chapters. Last but not least, thanks to all companies who allowed excursion in their facilitates (LBK Perlit, Slovenská Banská, Prospech Limited, SMZ Jelšava), to all guides who guided us on the localities, and lecturers at museums (Baňa Starovšechsvätých Hodruša-Hámre, Slovenské banské múzeum Banská Štiavnica and Geopark Malé Karpaty) and to all who helped with the organisation of the field trip.

We are looking forward for next jubilee "Field Exploration Geology vol. X". Closer info about it will be shared, so stay tunned.
