Mineral collections and geopark
Collections
To schools and entusiasts from the public, we offer guided excursions to our mineral, rock, and fossil collections.
Among other exhibits, our collections feature Europe's most beautiful epidote crystals, a unique sulphur crystal from Sicily or a 20 m tall crystal of antimonite from Japan.

Geopark
Our Geopark consists of 24 rock exhibits collected from important Czech localities accompanied by interpretation panels. The exibits are on display on the grounds of the Faculty of Science of the MU. Thus, our geopark is freely accessible to visitors during the regular campus hours. Alternatively, a guided tour can be arranged.
